EXPEDITION EARTH AND BEYOND (EEAB) Wiki Welcome
Expedition Earth and Beyond is a NASA program, facilitated out of the Astromaterials Research and Exploration Science (ARES) Directorate at the NASA Johnson Space Center. Involved classrooms have the opportunity to:
  • Use our Launchpad Activities to get used to using NASA data and astronaut imagery in the classroom. These activities can help spark an interest in a feature to investigate.
  • Conduct a research investigation about Earth and/or planetary body comparisons.
  • Publish team research on an EEAB Team Wiki.
  • Interact with scientists.
  • Submit a request to have an image(s) acquired by astronauts on board the International Space Station (ISS).
  • Share and present research to scientists and other students.

This wiki is specifically designed for students teams wanting to conduct their own research investigation AND also those who wish to publish their work on their own EEAB Team Wiki. The wiki menu on the left provides links to pages of information you may find useful. There are 4 general sections of the wiki:
  • EEAB GENERAL INFO: General information about EEAB and publishing your work on your own Team Wiki.
  • USEFUL RESOURCES: Resources that may help teams as they conduct research and/or publish information on their Team Wiki
  • CONTACT US: Forms for TEACHERS only to get on our email distribution list, request to have a Team Wiki set up, or to register for Webinar events.
  • WIKI WORKSPACES: Links to team research pages and a Teacher Wiki (for teachers only!)
